The mirage of meralgia paresthetica for radiologists

I have injected a few cases of clinically diagnosed meralgia paresthetica, but have not seen a single positive case of extrinsic compression so far. Have you?

I have included the lateral cutaneous nerve of the thigh in my checklist in all MRI of the pelvis/hip. Have you?
